    In his book, Revolutionizing Your Health, Dr Kunikiyo speaks precise and direct to the body’s systems in a language everyone can understand. Revolutionizing Your Health has a wealth of knowledge which has fallen through the cracks, so to speak. We often hear about medical conditions, high or low blood pressure, asthma, allergies to name a few. We also hear about chemical cures, Claritin, Diuretics, and Hormones. We also hear but never listen to the warnings that give us lists of possible side-effects, which are usually worse than the illness.

    I thoroughly enjoyed his book because in it Dr Kunikiyo gives detailed information such as the dehydration of the body. In his book he writes on page 64: “An allergy is an immune system disorder in which allergic reactions occur to normally harmless environmental substances known as allergens. … Again, histamine appears to be the culprit, but the real culprit is dehydration.” This is good to know, especially for those of us who have relatives suffering from allergies.

    With the talk about LDL and HDL being bad cholesterol, it was a relief to read pages 94 and 95. “…these are not really forms of cholesterol (as we’ve been told). LDL and HDL are actually lipoproteins (made of fat and protein)…” “…1) lipoproteins are just carrier molecules for cholesterol and other fats; 2) these lipoproteins have cell-targeting signals that direct the lipids they carry to certain tissues. … LDLs are not the bad guy either.”

    Revolutionizing Your Health by Dr Kunikiyo, gives very important information; a manual for the body, for those who are truly searching for a healthy life. I highly recommend Dr Kunikiyo’s book: Revolutionizing Your Health.

    “Revolutionizing Your Health” by Dr. Marvin Kunikiyo is an excellent resource that is easy to read, extremely informative and very inspiring.

    Dr. Marvin’s book provides a commonsense approach to health awareness. His point of view of the present medical and health care system in the United States is very insightful and enlightening.

    I recommend “Revolutionizing Your Health” to everyone who would like to improve their health. Simply by drinking more water every day is something most of us can achieve. Keeping your body hydrated makes perfect sense and I thank Dr. Marvin for his courage in presenting such a commonsense book. I have shared his book with my family and friends and hope you do the same.

    In “Revolutionizing Your Health,” Dr. Marvin Kunikiyo, a professional chiropractor and long-time student of what propels or holds back the body from its optimal well-being, reveals the problems with today’s medical establishment and healthcare, and he educates readers toward self-responsibility for their own healthcare by explaining how our bodies work and (often simple) steps we can take to return our bodies to the state of health they were naturally intended to enjoy.

    Dr. Kunikiyo takes readers on a journey through the history of healthcare, a journey through their own bodies, and his own personal journey as a child who suffered from asthma, a young man who experienced the benefits of chiropractic care which inspired him to become a chiropractor himself, and as a professional in the healthcare field who cares about his patients. Dr. Kunikiyo has written “Revolutionizing Your Health” to highlight what he has learned from years of reading and chiropractic practice, and because he felt this book would be the best means to spread his message to a wider audience.
